Buying Accidental Death Cover Online

Here are a few tips to make the online purchase process easier

• Anyone purchasing or covered under the Sanlam online Accidental Death Plan must have a valid South African ID number. You will need these numbers as part of the online purchase process.
• If you are purchasing the Plan, you will be Primary Covered Person. To purchase the Sanlam online Accidental Death Plan, you must be between 18 and 64 years old.
• Your Spouse/Partner must be 18 years or older.
• If you are the Primary Covered Person, you are automatically the Beneficiary for your Spouse/Partner. You must nominate a Beneficiary for your own cover.
• The overall Accidental Death Cover per Covered Person on your Plan may not exceed R200 000 (two hundred thousand rand).
• Providing your email address is a critical part of the online purchase process. We will use this to communicate with you.
